the best thing to eat during this period -- this whole new diet period
is to have "CHAP FAN",
taking and choosing whatever food u like , hahahaha....
for dinner, only some light refreshment from the event
and thanks god, they are curry puff, popiah, samosa,
which are having all the vege as the filling ... hahahaa
