* YOGA *

went to exercise on this very fine and happy morning, there's a open to the public -- FOC YOGA CLASS..... class starts around 7.30am, at Tasik Permaisuri, Bandar Tun Razak... the class is held there every alternate Sunday...2 weeks once... since we were new to this "class", (not actually new, coz me and my mum can be considered learnt for 3 years already...) it's just that, the other class is Power Yoga, the name itself is already very "WOW", bombastic...those people had been following the instructor, Thomas, from his own Yoga Centre, so they kind of like got used to his style, very familiar steps and etc. so we joined the other class, Hatta Yoga flow...

Yoga is really a relaxing exercise, breathing techniques, stretching our muscles, so that when we reach the old age, we wont have certain kind of illness or pain that easily.... help toning and firming your body lines, muscles will be getting firmer, healthy lifestyle, oxygen can be delivered to every organs and provide sufficiently. we tend to have better complexion, becomes younger ( if you do the head stand often..).... hmm, what else ? there's a lot, i'm just lazy to write here,,,want to stop right here, i guess.....
