(( my lecturer gave us this simple test in our intro to psyc1 class,,when we are studying about STRESS!!! so now,,let's see----> the more you answer YES,,chances of you getting heart attack in the future are higher....
dont worry,,dont have to take it seriously...because i think the majority of my classmates got more than 5 YES...*lol* my lecturer was so surprise, seems like we are all from the same blood type--A,,or this is how people's lifestyle right now....getting stressful,,blood typeA people are more competitive,,ambitious,,aggressive... ))
anyway,,if you guys feel stress,,thinking of a way of destress....HERE i have a perfect way,, listen carefully :
1st, u'll need a pillow...yes,,u didnt hear wrongly,,a pillow......(get a WONDER-pillow of coz..haha)
then, there are several ways for you to release your stress.....
--have a good-night-sleep
--dance with a pillow....just jump around, shake your head...and you dont need a professional training..
--scream and cry..
--hit the pillow
--talk to the pillow,,(dont worry, it wont tell people your secret, it wont nag you, it wont talk back either..
--exercise...
--1 more is having a telepathic session with a pillow....it's very easy, you need to communicate using your mind, without using words....
---->(actually,,this is our presentation for the STRESS MANAGEMENT,,in our psyc1 class...done by the PSYCHOLOGY students...BRAVO !!! by the way, those mass com and music students did pretty good presentation too.....(round of applause for them...yeah)
haha....p/s : i got 6 YES for the test above....and i'm actually Type A......
